People tend to equate healthy living to ‘boring’, ‘unexciting’, ‘difficult’, ‘and ‘time consuming’. Through our campaign, we attempt to encourage and educate people to adopt a healthy lifestyle by motivating them that it is not as difficult as what they perceived it to be. It will be easy to practice and enjoy it if they understand the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.

We aim to motivate people from different races, age and gender to change their perception and attitude in leading a healthy lifestyle. We would like to initiate them to take the first step and make a move to practice a healthy lifestyle for their own benefit, family, community and the nation.   

Objectives

2)    To motivate target audience to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
3)    To increase the practice of a healthy lifestyle.
4)    To convince target audience that adopting a healthy lifestyle is simple and enjoyable.
5)    To invite people from different races, age and gender to participate in practicing a healthy lifestyle through our activities.
