Health Education Outreach

Date: 12th February 2011 – 13th March 2011                                                                                   
Venue: Within USM vicinity, Schools, Colleges and Malls in Penang

Participants:
1.    Penang primary schools students 
2.    Penang secondary schools students 
3.    Higher Learning Institutions 
4.    Public between 25-50 years old 

Activities:
1.  Promote healthy lifestyle through talks by health professionals. 
2.  Instill healthy lifestyle practices through aerobic tutorials.
3. Educate and convince the target audience through games and quizzes that adopting a healthy lifestyle is simple and enjoyable.
4. Create awareness on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle among the audiences by giving out educational materials.
